Somerley Park International Horse Trials now in its fifteenth year has developed into an important spring fixture for riders from all over the world. This year we will run BE 100, Novice, Open Novice, Intermediate, Open Intermediate sections and an International CIC**, allowing riders an early opportunity to qualify their horses.
The courses mainly run over mature parkland. The BE 100 & Novice tracks are not too strong and remain suitable as first time courses. The Intermediate course is up to height, but bold and straightforward, also suitable for a horse moving up to this level. The 2* is longer, and has some more combinations making it more technical and tougher than the Intermediate course.
